QF18mm AC MCB for 230-415VAC – “Greyline” 1-63A

QF18 is an 18 mm wide circuit breaker for AC use. QF18 maintains its rated current regardless of ambient temperature. If you are experiencing issues with high ambient temperatures in your equipment, you can rest assured that QF18 will always maintain its rated current, meaning no de-rating is needed. It is also developed and certified to handle 100% of the rated current.

    Description

    QF18 is a complement to the “sister series” QF13, as QF18 handles up to 63A (compared to 25A for QF13). It also has the advantage of being easily replaceable in existing equipment due to its 18 mm modular width, allowing it to substitute a traditional thermal circuit breaker. Reasons for this might include the traditional breaker tripping due to heat issues or the desire for a more eco-friendly alternative with lower internal resistance.

    QF18 is available in rated currents up to 63A and in 1-4 poles (3P+N). It is approved according to IEC 60947-2 and UL1077 standards, with a breaking capacity of 6kA.

    QF18 is a grey series with a 45 mm front profile, adhering to traditional European standards. If a black design with a 57 mm front profile is desired, the “sister series” QF19 is available.

    The series can be delivered with factory-installed accessories such as auxiliary contacts, alarm contacts, or a trip coil enabling remote shutdown, etc. For more information, please refer to the data sheet.
