QA36A is 3pole + Neutral configuration of RCBO. This is only one RCBOs on the market with Hydraulic-magnetic technology. QA36A has rated current up to 63A and is approved to IEC 60947-2. Breaking capacity is 3kA.
QF17A is only 26 mm wide in 1pole + Neutral configuration. This, together with the fact that QF17A is one of few (maybe only) RCBOs on the market that combines approvals for VDE, UL and CCC in one product, has made QF17A to a popular choice for many OEM manufacturers with a global market.
QF17A can be delivered with a factory fitted 6,5 mm wide auxilliary contact for status indication.
The rated voltage is 120/240-277 VAC and 80VDC. It can be delivered in one and 2 pole configurations. Rated current is 0,1-30A and breaking capacity up to 10kA.
The T-frame has a global approval profile including both UL and VDE.
The CBI RAU is a factory fitted module that enables the automated switching of the DD-frame circuit breakers. The unit can actuate the circuit breakers both ON and OFF. The actuation of the circuit breaker pole occurs completely internally. The RAU unit is mounted on the left hand side of the circuit breakers and can be connected up to a three pole unit. The RAU connects to circuit breakers with a standard toggle. The circuit breakers can be manually operated when in the remote mode. Two indicators are present on the front face of the RAU. The first is a LED that provides an indication which indicates the mode of operation as well as showing the units status. The second is a color flag indication which indicates the position of the latching mechanism of the connected circuit breakers. The unit has a select switch, providing the ability to specify the operation mode – remote or manual. A signal output provides feedback to the user that there is power on the load side of the circuit breakers. The connection of the control signal is done via a standard connection terminal block, Phoenix 1780002 or equivalent, which is included with the RAU module.
The RAU unit is powered with a DC voltage but it can also be used to control AC circuit breakers.
The DD-frame can also be built with a motorized function for remotely switch the circuit breaker on and off. This is a simple way of designing a cost effective and simple system without usage of contactor or MOSFET-solutions. The solution is very compact and it is and ideal for “hard to reach” applications. It can either be inside an equipment or at a remote telecom site etc.
DD-frame is CE-approved according to IEC/EN 60934 and IEC 60947-2. For UL it is recognized to UL1077 and UL listed to UL489 and UL489A UL-listed for UL 489 and UL 489A. It is also CCC-approved for the Chinese market.
C-frame is CE-approved to IEC/EN 60934, UL-approved to UL1077 or listed according to UL489A. It is also CCC-approved for the Chinese market.
A very compact circuit breaker for space saving installations and various type of equipment protection. B-frame series can be built in one and two pole configurations. They can also be build as AC as well as DC breaker so you get correct product for your voltage. B-frame is approved to IEC/EN 60934. On the UL side it exist as UL recognized (UL1077) and UL listed to UL489A. B-frame also carry CCC-approval for the Chinese market.
Y-series in the 300VDC (and above) version has a permanent magnet to help extinguish the arc which is created inside the circuit breaker when switching a DC voltage. In cases where the application calls for a product which is not polarity sensitive there is a range (YB) without the magnets. Then it operates with 150 VDC in one module and 300VDC with 2 modules in series.
QT26 range is approved to IEC60947-2 and UL489A. The range can be delivered with factory fitted trip coil which allows remote switching off.
QT26 range can be delivered from 70A up to 250A. 250A is 2x26mm modules built in parallel and tested to rated current before shipment from factory.
Breaking capacity is 10kA.
QF26HR is a 26 mm wide circuit breaker for AC usage where you have a need for higher rated current. It is the larger version of QF26LR which goes up to 63A. The difference is that QF26HR has a slightly longer lower body. QF26HR is built with rated current between 70 and 125A
QF26LR is a 26 mm wide circuit breaker for AC usage. It is a natural “big brother” to the 13 mm wide QF13 since QF26LR goes all the way up to 63A.
QF19 is a 19 mm wide circuit breaker for AC usage. QF19 keep rated current regardless of ambient temperature. If you have a challenge with high ambient temperatures in your equipment you can rely on that QF19 always keep the rated current. That means, no de-rating is needed. Like all our Hydraulic-Magnetic circuit breakers it is designed and certified to be loaded at 100% of rated current continuously.
