QY13mm DC MCB up to 125VDC 0,1-200A

The QY13 is a circuit breaker developed for DC applications. Safely interrupting a DC voltage places different demands on the breaker compared to interrupting an AC voltage. The QY series is therefore a dedicated DC breaker with appropriate labeling and certifications.

    These unique advantages have made the QY series a highly appreciated circuit breaker for applications such as telecommunications.

    The QY series can be delivered up to 200A as follows:

    • Up to 63A – 1 x 13 mm
    • 80-100A – 2 x 13 mm
    • 125-150A – 3 x 13 mm
    • 200A – 4 x 13 mm

    All paralleled units are built and tested for their respective rated currents at the factory. This means no risky parallel connections need to be made in the field based on uncertain calculations, reducing the risk of uneven current distribution between poles.

    Like the other 13 mm Q series breakers, the QY13 is available in both a grey version with a 45 mm front cutout and a black version with a 57 mm front cutout. The series can also be delivered with factory-installed accessories such as auxiliary contacts, alarm contacts, and a trip coil that enables remote shutdown, etc. For more details, see the datasheet.

    The QY is third-party approved according to IEC 60947-2 and is also UL listed as “branch circuit protection” under UL489A. The breaking capacity is 10kA.
