    Description

The High Power single-stroke solenoids are pot magnets with high performance. The armature is led on both sides with maintenance-free low wear precision bearings resulting in high resistance to wear even at a high switching frequency. Some other aspects of the High Power Solenoids are their small dimensions and low power consumption at maximum travel, which can be up to a two inches stroke. The supply voltages are very flexible; our standard voltages reach from 12V DC to 205V DC.

This versatility and reliability make it the perfect solenoid solution for a lot of different industries. Our High Power Solenoids are commonly used in machine building, the packaging industry, automation technology, and any other area where a resilient electromagnet is needed. The major benefits compared to other technologies like air or hydraulic cylinders are that all you need is electricity, no additional hoses, compressors, filters, or other equipment. Combined with the fast switching times, this is the easiest way to divert and sort packages and letters in the packaging industry. Other applications are in the recycling industry, sorting different kinds of waste.
